日本地域UXリード/ Regional UX Lead, Japan

A multinational apparel and footwear company is seeking a Regional UX Lead, Japan. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams to drive user experience improvements and site enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with EC Managers and development teams to create outcome-driven solutions
• Partner with Customer Care and eCommerce Managers to leverage customer feedback and optimise the site
• Utilise behavioural analytics tools to gather insights and build improvements
• Contribute to site enhancements weekly
• Manage A/B testing backlog and evaluate different design options
• Share test plans and results with regional stakeholders, other regional teams, and the global team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in graphic design or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience in mobile, web, interactive design environment
• Experience in mobile
• Prior experience in retail or consumer-facing business is preferred
• Proven experience designing for Bootstrap framework is ideal
• Background with Agile or Scrum methodology and project management software is preferred
• Prior background with device agnostic design
• Possess valid Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
• Business level written and spoken English
