MLオペレーションエンジニア/ ML Ops Engineer

A renowned technology company is looking for an ML Ops Engineer. The selected candidate will build infrastructure, establish CI/CD processes, and lead an MLOps team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated pipelines for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to enhance model performance and reliability
• Establish continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes using CI/CD tools
• Maintain model versioning, experiment tracking, and model registry
• Build an MLOps foundation with a focus on security and compliance
• Lead and establish an MLOps team to create an ML foundation for the organisation

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of work experience using Python
• More than 2 years of experience on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Practical experience in developing and operating containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Prior experience with version control using Git
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Hands on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines is ideal
• Previous experience designing and operating databases (SQL and NoSQL) is a plus
• Technical experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is desired
• Proven experience in designing and operating distributed systems is preferred
• Experience in data engineering (ETL, building data pipelines)
• Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of security best practices is advantageous
• Proficient in written and reading English
