ソフトウェアエンジニア/ Software Engineer

A world leader in the semiconductor industry is looking for a Software Engineer. The selected candidate will develop, maintain, and support software applications, ensuring high-quality and efficient performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and Technology teams to drive impactful change
• Analyse and fix systems issues
• Ensure the potential impact of software development changes is understood using data
• Collaborate across functional teams for end-to-end testing and performance analysis of real-time data applications
• Solve issues, proactively identify new opportunities, and drive initiatives to completion
• Support system stabilisation and user operation through a 24/7 on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong database knowledge (Oracle, MSSQL) and SQL skills
• Scripting skills in any language
• Linux/Windows operations skills
• Knowledge of SEMI standards and semiconductor processes
• ITIL knowledge
• Proficient in English and Japanese
