Java開発リーダー/ Java Developer Lead

An international financial services company is looking for a Java Developer Lead. The selected candidate will manage client and web-based application development for global implementation using in-house development methods.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Ensure project delivery according to schedules, reporting on key milestones
• Plan and oversee system testing as the Product Owner, coordinating test cycle reviews
• Collaborate with various technology departments, including front and middle office, settlement systems, and IT
• Follow Software Development Life Cycle methodology for project execution
• Support change management, including change analysis and front-to-back coordination
• Perform hands-on coding and conduct code reviews as a quality gatekeeper
• Analyse graphical user interfaces and functional specifications to suggest ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Java and various OS environments (Unix, Linux, or MS)
• Experience in web technologies (Angular or React, Node-JS, or Typescript)
• Prior experience in managing mid-size teams
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile development methodology
• Proficient in Java Open Source Application Framework (Spring framework)
• Business level English and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
