A large eCommerce enterprise is searching for a Software Development Engineer in Test. The selected applicant for this role will be tasked to oversee the development and testing of relevant product software. This is a temp-to-perm position.
Responsibilities:
- Examine requirements and report QA estimations
- Develop a test plan with product design for releases of individual products
- Manage test scenarios and cases for microservice systems
- Oversee automation of test cases created
- Prepare test reports after each test execution
Requirements:
- Experience in deployment pipeline (Kubernetes, Spinnaker, Jenkins, etc.)
- Prior experience in test requirement analysis, specification, design, scripting, and execution
- Background in version control, code review, pull request and merging
- Knowledgeable in relational and non-relational databases as well as schema design
- Familiarity with microservices as well as communication and architecture patterns
- Skilled in QA automation (framework or non-framework)
