テストマネージャー - メインフレーム/ Test Manager - Mainframe

A global IT consulting company is looking for a Test Manager – Mainframe. The selected candidate will lead testing strategy, drive transformation and automation initiatives, and manage stakeholder engagement for complex insurance systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead testing strategy and execution for critical insurance applications, including policy administration, claims, underwriting, and customer platforms
• Identify areas for testing transformation and define a roadmap to elevate testing maturity
• Drive test automation initiatives and implement GenAI-led intelligent testing solutions
• Coordinate offshore and onshore teams to align with business and regulatory requirements
• Manage stakeholder communications, governance, and compliance tracking for all testing activities
• Ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and proactive problem management
• Lead and mentor the testing team, overseeing performance, career development, and fostering a quality-driven culture

Requirements:

• More than 12 years of QA/testing roles experience
• More than 5 years of experience handling Japanese customers in large-scale programs
• Experience with Mainframe testing and migration projects
• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for insurance applications (policy, claims, underwriting, CRM)
• Proficient in Fujitsu-Mainframe testing, test automation frameworks (Selenium, UFT, Tosca), and GenAI tools for test case generation and defect prediction
• Experience in Japanese business etiquette and client interfacing
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N2+)
