クレームテクニカルデリバリーリード/ Claims Technical Delivery Lead

A global insurance company is looking for a Claims Technical Delivery Lead. The selected candidate will oversee claims-related projects and coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects involving claims systems, legal, regulatory, and BAU initiatives
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, risk, and security standards
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT vendors
• Manage daily relationships and communication with external vendors
• Report project progress to the Head of Claims Systems
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Claims, Transformation, and IT PMO

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or information systems
• More than 10 years of experience in IT delivery
• Experience in Tier 1 insurance carrier delivery is preferred
• Prior experience working and modernising legacy systems (Mainframe (AS/400), Visual Basic)
• Proven experience with data (data model definition, relational DB (Oracle, Sybase), APIs, etc.)
• Knowledge of P&C insurance in Claims domain is ideal
• Familiarity with technical architecture and application systems design and integration in a large heterogenous enterprise setting
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient n verbal English
