A global advertising company is looking for a Technical Specialist. The selected candidate will communicate with clients to gather requirements, implement loyalty solutions, and resolve software issues using various communication channels. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to gather requirements and resolve issues
- Prioritise client requests and complete configurations in our proprietary loyalty platform
- Test, document, and reproduce software defects for escalation to product development
- Assist clients with configuring new features and provide training on self-help resources
- Manage knowledge base and contribute to best practices
- Monitor program performance and conduct design reviews
- Perform periodic software upgrades
- Provide after-hours support as needed
- Solve customer software issues using problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or business-related domain is ideal
- 1-2 years of experience in software support is a plus
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, and Service Desk is advantageous)
- Prior experience writing SQL statements is desired
- Proficient in MS Office Suite is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
