A global fashion brand is looking for an IT Associate. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, IT setup, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective technology services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support for computer software and hardware inquiries
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems for users in Japan
• Coordinate with headquarters and the IT Shared Service Centre in Hong Kong
• Collaborate as part of the APAC IT team to enhance service quality
• Support communication and messaging applications, including Outlook and MS Teams
• Assist with IT technical projects and prepare project status reports

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in MS Office applications
• Experience with WAN/LAN, MS Teams, and Microsoft products
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS servers and workstations
• Familiarity with various software and hardware systems
• Ability and willingness to provide occasional weekend standby support and travel to store sites
• Possess a valid IT certification
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English
