A global consulting company is looking for an IT Helpdesk professional. The selected candidate will handle PC and mobile support, troubleshoot issues, and manage equipment. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide PC and mobile kitting services
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone, email, or remote control
- Replace hardware parts and manage vendor contacts for maintenance
- Write manuals and manage asset inventory, including procurement and setup
- Communicate with overseas departments in English to resolve issues
- Test and report on internal systems before official installation
- Monitor and escalate incidents, maintain OA equipment, and perform IT induction for new users
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years of IT helpdesk experience
- Experience with MS 365 support and online meeting tools (MS Teams or Cisco Webex)
- Proficient in PC and mobile kitting
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge preferred
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
