A multinational software vendor is searching for a bilingual Support Engineer. The successful candidate will use his/her technical experience to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support service for clients and business partners.
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support using a support desk application
- Escalate tickets to the QA and Development teams
- Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of support engineer experience; at least a year of programming experience
- Experience in BPOs or application support is a plus
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Japanese and English
