プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will shape the product strategy and lead platform development by aligning business needs with technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and lead execution
• Identify core customer and business issues and translate them into platform solutions
• Align business goals and KPIs with technical teams to drive platform development
• Work with diverse business stakeholders to define marketing platform requirements
• Evaluate emerging ad technologies, industry trends, and market shifts
• Partner with program and delivery managers on prioritisation, planning, and backlog management

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in IT industry including system development or product planning/sales experience
• More than 3 years of experience in developing, planning or definition of system requirements related systems for digital advertising
• Experience in web (or App) application development (Programming, System design)
• Prior experience in leading multiple products as product manager
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in digital advertising operation or product planning
• Prior pre-sales experience (regardless of digital advertising)
• Proven experience in product planning or PJM (regardless of digital advertising)
• Background as an IT consultant
• Prior background working with stakeholders outside of Japan
