クライアントリード/ Client Lead

A global life science tech company is looking for a Client Lead. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring the overall health of client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned non-strategic clients and ensure a positive overall experience with the company
• Manage issue and risk escalation and resolution for internal and external teams
• Facilitate new client orientation meetings, monitor KPI and SLA adherence, and prepare regular performance reports
• Develop client governance materials and participate in business reviews with support from the Client Director or Manager
• Maintain a positive and results-oriented work environment and communicate openly and objectively with the team
• Represent client needs during internal resource allocation processes and support Business Development by providing updates on upcoming projects
• Engage clients in satisfaction measurement programs and provide feedback to Product Management on new product features
• Introduce company thought leaders and domain experts to advise clients on industry trends and best practices
• Organize client participation in Client Advisory Groups (CAGs), ensure ongoing client satisfaction measurement, and relay client feedback on new product features to Product Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 2 years of client management experience in clinical trials support or equivalent, particularly clinical supplies operations (RTSM/IRT services delivery or eClinical systems implementation is preferred)
• More than 2 years of experience working with the company’s RTSM or 1 year of experience working with the company’s RTSM, coupled with 2 years of previous relevant experience
• Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, issue management, and problem resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English or Mandarin

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficient in Japanese
