プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager (MES)

A global technology solutions company is searching for a Project Manager. The selected applicant will lead MES IT projects, manage teams and budgets, and ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead national and international pharmaceutical MES IT-software projects
• Plan and manage project budgets
• Ensure internal and external stakeholder management
• Serve as the first line of contact for Japanese customer requests and issues
• Deliver products and services with a focus on Japanese customer satisfaction
• Provide technical guidance to internal and partner project team members and manage resources
• Execute status, steering, and team meetings and provide regular project status reports
• Create and maintain relevant project-specific documentation
• Support and develop internal project management processes
• Support sales processes as needed, including presenting potential project plans to clients
• Mentor and develop junior team members with a focus on building effective teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration and engineering or computer science (Master's is ideal)
• More than 3 years of project management experience in software projects (life science or pharma sector is preferred)
• Understanding of the software project life cycle
• Proficient in English and Japanese

Preferred Requirements:

• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus
