AIプロダクトマネージャー/ AI Product Manager

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an AI Product Manager - Commercial IT. The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to enhance customer engagement, marketing analytics, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions using Generative AI models (LLMs) and AI Agents for commercial applications
• Develop prototypes and intelligent workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio and Amazon Bedrock
• Collaborate with data engineers and software teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and ethical AI practices
• Partner with business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and translate them into technical solutions
• Act as a consultant to business stakeholders, providing insights into AI capabilities and commercial processes
• Rapidly build and test prototypes to validate business hypotheses
• Write and optimise Python scripts for AI model customisation and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in Generative AI, AI Agents, or related technical fields
• Experience in prompt engineering, RAG, and AI/ML workflow development
• Proficient in Python, R, Java, Scala or C/C++ and familiar with Copilot Studio or Amazon Bedrock
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Understanding of commercial business processes
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
