シニアテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャー/ Sr. Technical Project Manager

A renowned eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager – AI for Customer Service. The selected candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven customer service initiatives, driving innovation and operational excellence across multiple business units. This is a hybrid setup and contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, QA engineers, and analysts
• Oversee software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, security, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate post-implementation support and maintenance activities
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 4–6 years of experience in project management focusing on mobile and web applications
• Proven experience leading large-scale software projects and programs
• Proficient in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Kanban
• Knowledge of AI applications using LLM models, APIs, and microservices
• Possess a valid PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Fluent level Japanese and English
