プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager

A multinational IT services company is looking for a Program Manager. The selected candidate will lead large-scale IT transformation programs for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of major IT programs for enterprise clients
• Collaborate with client executives to align program governance and change strategies
• Oversee project managers handling multiple workstreams
• Manage sub-contractors involved in large-scale program delivery
• Control program budgets and schedules for multi-million dollar initiatives
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and proactively resolve deviations with commercial discipline

Requirements:

• Background in delivery with various enterprise clients (global rollouts is a plus)
• Skilled in program management
• Knowledge of managing programs to meet the commercial contract and financial metrics
• Proficient in Japanese and English
