プロジェクトマネジメントガバナンスリード/ Project Management Governance Lead

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Project Management Governance Lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and improving project governance frameworks while leading organisational change initiatives. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance project governance frameworks, including processes, templates, and documentation
• Drive organisational change by promoting project management best practices across departments
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure support for governance initiatives
• Coach leaders on the adoption and implementation of new frameworks
• Provide progress reports and insights to executive leadership
• Ensure consistent adherence to governance standards across projects

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience project management is a plus
• Experience in governance and change management
• Prior experience in PMO, IT governance, or IT project is ideal
• Possess valid PMP, ITIL, COBIT, or change management (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.) certifications is preferred
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+ is advantageous)
