プロジェクトマネージャー / Project Manager

A global software company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will manage extensive software implementation projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead software implementation projects
• Manage project budgets
• Oversee and coordinate project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (economics is a plus)
• More than 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing a team of 5-15 people for a period longer than 12 months
• Prior experience with ERP implementation projects
• Proven experience with multiple work streams (some of which are co-owned by the end customer)
• Background with the different phases of a software implementation project (presales to go-live)
• Prior background with project management and project management methodologies
• Possess valid PM Bok, Agile, PMP, and Scrum certification
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
