ERPプロジェクトマネージャー/ ERP Project Manager

A renowned software solutions company is looking for an ERP Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead ERP implementation projects, collaborating with consultants and technical teams to optimise trade promotion, pricing, and rebate management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP project delivery, ensuring smooth implementation for SAP user companies
• Lead meetings with customers, SAP, and partners to gather requirements and support testing
• Execute project deliverables, including blueprints, specifications, configurations, and training
• Ensure project deliverables align with requirements and maintain quality from a Japanese perspective
• Configure assigned ERP modules and understand upstream/downstream process impacts
• Collaborate with offshore teams and communicate customer requirements effectively
• Provide on-site and remote consulting services to clients implementing ERP solutions
• Travel for business assignments, mainly within the Asia-Pacific region and the US

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of ERP implementation experience (SD, MM, SCM, or similar modules)
• More than 3 years of experience in core ERP system development and deployment
• Practical experience in manufacturing, retail, chemical, or oil industries is a plus
• Prior project management or leadership experience is a plus
• Experience in large consulting firms is a plus
• SD technical skills and ABAP knowledge are a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 750+) is a plus
