シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A global eCommerce technology company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for In stock and Supply Chain, Entertainment Media. The selected candidate will lead improvement strategies, collaborate with global teams, and manage the execution of key projects.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies for improvement by evaluating and verifying past performance data
• Lead business negotiations with management and sales representatives to implement medium- to long-term improvements
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships to drive improvements in inventory management and operations
• Promote the introduction and utilisation of new functions and technologies from the global central team
• Monitor inventory levels and customer demand to identify issues and develop improvement plans
• Collaborate with team members and global teams to quickly execute the improvement plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of professional or military experience
• More than 5 years of Excel experience
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or project management
• More than 5 years of product/program management experience is ideal
• Practical experience working with complex data sets
• Prior experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management
• Experience with SQL is a plus
• Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques is preferred
• Possess a valid MBA or similar qualification is desired
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
