A global software services company is seeking a Project Manager – Professional Services. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure seamless execution for customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Drive successful implementation projects by partnering with customer project managers
• Lead global teams, including Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Consultants
• Utilise standardised project methodologies to ensure efficiency and quality
• Manage project scope, risks, and escalations while maintaining clear communication
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for smooth execution
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in enterprise software implementation
• More than 5 years in project management
• Practical experience in leading diverse teams across cultures and time zones
• Expertise in project financials, budgeting, and change management
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects of 6-9 months
• Strong customer focus with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Ability and willingness to travel globally
• Possess valid PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum) certifications
• Business level English and Japanese
