A renowned AI drug discovery company is seeking an AI Researcher to accelerate the drug discovery process. The selected candidate will design and optimise AI models for molecular generation and property prediction while contributing to cutting-edge research collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimise generative AI models
• Develop deep learning models for molecule generation and property prediction
• Customise existing generative AI models (Graph Neural Networks, Transformer-based models)
• Preprocess and analyse drug discovery data, including cleansing public and proprietary datasets
• Construct AI training datasets using molecular simulation results
• Implement generative AI technology in collaborative projects with pharmaceutical companies
• Research and apply the latest AI trends to enhance drug discovery efforts

Requirements:

• Practical experience in designing and developing deep learning models (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Previous experience in Cheminformatics or Bioinformatics
• Prior experience in generative AI and molecular generation techniques
• Hands on experience in team development and project management
• Experience with molecular dynamics simulations and physics-based modelling
• Proven experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP) and HPC environments
• Research publication or conference presentation experience
• Proficient in Python programming
• Basic knowledge of drug discovery and development processes
• Native level Japanese; business level English
