プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager

An international digital transformation is searching for a Program Manager. The chosen applicant t will build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor while aligning our services with their business strategy. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and strategic objectives
• Align the company's services with the client's business strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
• Manage client expectations, project governance, and have difficult conversations when necessary
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects within each program
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the company's services to existing clients

Requirements:

• Solid program, project, and client management experience in enterprise client context
• Previous work experience in professional services organisations
• Experience working on projects or programs that implemented Salesforce
• Software project delivery and stakeholder management experience within enterprise level environments
• Experience collaborating directly with clients
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Advanced level Japanese; intermediate level English
