プロダクトディレクター APAC/ Product Director APAC

A global IP management software is searching for a Product Director APAC. The selected candidate will be in charge of influencing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage APAC working groups to determine local requirements
• Facilitate seamless communication between the Product team and APAC team members and clients
• Support Sales, Professional Services, Client Success, and Support teams by providing necessary insights and assistance
• Gather, synthesize, and articulate market and client requirements to develop roadmap recommendations
• Translate user stories and solutions into detailed functional specifications and create wireframes of approved features
• Drive product adoption for current and prospective clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related sector
• More than 8 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Experience in a product management team
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Background in intellectual property (patent attorney or agent, or in IP management roles is a plus)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese and English.
