プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A renowned technology company is searching for a Project Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of responding to clients' requests for catalogue platform-product master-related development and data expansion measures.

Responsibilities:

• Defining requirements and coordinating with clients
• Working with team members to manage the development process of each project
• Product analysis, issue extraction, and hypothesis setting
• Strategy planning, action plan creation
• Creating development-related documents such as specifications for engineers
• Managing the progress of development projects
• Reporting on project status and issues
• Stakeholder management and negotiation

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of practical experience (PJM, PDM, or Tech PDM)
• Experience with modern project management tools (JIRA or Confluence is preferred)
• Experience in technical project-related documents
• Experience in analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in cross-cultural organisations
• Prior programming experience is a plus
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English (TOEIC 600+)
