シニアプログラムマネージャー/ Senior Program Manager

A global IT research company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Field Marketing). The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of field marketing strategies across diverse industries. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Japan marketing plan
• Execute marketing programs using both outbound and inbound tactics
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are supported and deliver results
• Manage PR and content syndication for various marketing initiatives
• Oversee production and management of marketing collateral
• Plan and execute events, including roadshows, tradeshows, and user events (online and in-person)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communications
• More than 5 years of experience in B2B technology marketing
• Proven experience as a marketing leader, either as a single contributor or part of a cross-functional team
• Understanding of marketing channels and tactics for aligned industries
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, marketing software/platforms, or Salesforce
