シニアプログラムマネージャー/ Senior Program Manager

A global technology company is searching for a Senior Program Manager. The chosen applicant will collaborate with global account teams to achieve unified sales and service support for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team operations including hiring, training, talent management, annual planning, financial management, and reporting
• Support pre-sales proposal development, contract support, construction and deployment projects, operations and maintenance service support, and overall optimisation support for major customers
• Develop close relationships with CxO clients to enable early involvement in their challenges and solutions
• Lead project teams in the delivery of hybrid cloud services
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, third parties, and customers to ensure flawless execution of large solution projects
• Implement strategic risk management to minimise risk for each project

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of proven track record in delivering end-to-end Hybrid Cloud or Supercomputer solutions (pre-sales, project delivery, operation, and maintenance services)
• More than 5 years of experience managing large-scale Hybrid Cloud or Supercomputer deployment for major enterprise customers
• Experience in IT Project Management and Solutions & Consulting
• Extensive experience leading complex programs for IT infrastructure
• Experience managing deployment of high-performance computing, high-end servers, and storage is a plus
• International project certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Certifications related to Hybrid Cloud computing
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Business level Japanese and English (TOEIC 850+)
