シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

An international financial services company is searching for a Senior Project Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to execute business critical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Drive decision making on project priorities and business requirements and manage project scope, budget, resources, and execution risks
• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to internal procedures/policies
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with IT and business unit stakeholders to govern projects
• Contribute to the overall service level of the Project & Portfolio Office in the internal business
• Manage project schedules and produce deliverables in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Experience in the insurance industry (life insurance industry is a plus)
• Experience managing business critical projects (software development life cycle)
• Experience managing large projects or programs
• Understanding of insurance products and operations
• Life Insurance Association of Japan (General Course Examination, Life Insurance Course, etc.) is desirable
• Project Manager related qualifications are advantageous
• Knowledge Agile and DevOps for project management is preferred
• Bilingual level Japanese (JLPT N1) and English (TOEIC 850+)
