シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A multinational software company is searching for a Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will coordinate day-to-day project delivery, and manage project scope, budget, delivery times, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a trusting relationship with customers and partners
• Develop clear/straightforward project plans that both stimulate and motivate project teams in order to achieve their full potential
• Conduct scheduled project oversight meetings with customers, implementation consultants, and other stakeholders; constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Review project schedules with management, implementation consultants, customers, and all other stakeholders and revise the schedule whenever necessary
• Manage change management processes and adapt project plan/budget whenever project scope changes occur

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (business management, finance, banking, information technology or other related fields is preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in project management (financial services is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of corporate treasury, risk management, payment factories, or bank connectivity is a plus
• Possess a valid PMP certification is similar is desirable
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
