ビジネストランスフォーメーションマネージャー / Business Transformation Manager

An international industrial technology company is searching for a Business Transformation Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of driving the company's growth through digitalisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transformational strategies to address business challenges and enhance data utilisation across the organisation
• Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope and prioritise initiatives based on business goals
• Translate insights into actionable strategies
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to project execution, ensuring quality standards are met
• Support the implementation of digital expertise, such as website development, paid social campaigns, and other complex digital projects
• Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and proactively manage stakeholder expectations across different regions and time zones

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA or advanced degree is preferred)
• 5-7 years of consulting or project management experience in DX, BPR, SI, or digital production, leading projects of varying complexity across campaigns and websites
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, mentoring project managers, and driving project delivery excellence
• Knowledge of SAP; experience in optimising business processes
• Proficient in project management methodologies (SCRUM), resource planning, and process optimisation
• Business level Japanese; conversational level English
