A global IT business services company is looking for a Life Science IT Program Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic initiatives and support IT planning aligned with client business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client business processes to provide effective strategy consulting
• Support the planning of long-term and mid-term roadmaps for IT initiatives
• Develop IT initiatives tailored for clients in the life sciences sector
• Plan and align digital transformation initiatives with business objectives
• Create and execute presentations for CXO-level strategic initiatives
• Coordinate client interfacing and communicate support status within the team

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of work experience
• More than 10 years of Life Science (Pharma or Drug Manufacturing domain) consulting experience
• More than 5 years of experience in Life Science Strategy consultant
• More than 5 years of work experience with both business and IT leadership teams
• More than 3 years of experience in end-to-end strategy planning and business road mapping
• Practical experience in Life Science Consulting
• Experience working on onsite-offshore mode
