Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts in Japan
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver complex solutions
- Adopt sales processes and strategies in line with company principles
- Manage a portfolio to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business flow
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Record all customer interactions and activities in Salesforce
- Build strategic account plans to maximise revenue and demonstrate ROI
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of proven B2B data or solution sales experience
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and build strong client relationships
- Track record of achieving sales targets and high performance
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; business level English
