テレコムプロジェクトマネージャー/ Telecom Project Manager

A global leader in mobile network is seeking a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee complex projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, team management, and stakeholder communication. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, resources, timelines, and risk management
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing expectations and resolving conflicts
• Utilise technical expertise in telecommunications technologies such as Voice, IMS, and Packets
• Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed project standards and deliverables
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise disruptions and delays
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management, including key performance indicators and financial metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on telecommunications projects
• Experience working with Japanese clients and vendors
• Strong technical knowledge of Voice, IMS, and Packets technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
• Fluent level Japanese and English
