A worldwide leader within the telecommunications business is searching for a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful deployment of designated projects. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the scope and goals of assigned projects
- Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders regarding projects
- Organise project meetings and conduct progress tracking
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Update assigned databases
- Manage customer expectations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Background in telecommunications, IT, or project coordination
- Expertise in multiple project management
- Proficient in MS Windows applications
- Excellent organisational and written and spoken communication skills
- Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 650+)
