A globally recognised eCommerce company needs an IAM Product Manager. The ideal candidate will handle product roadmap development, product planning, backlog management, etc. This is a long-term contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Propose, analyse, and enhance assigned projects
- Conduct ROI assessment
- Establish KPIs for current services and products
- Identify business requirements and products specs
- Handle project negotiations with stakeholders
- Drive product launch success
- Ensure effective communication with local and global colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, economics, business, or a similar domain
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Expertise in IAM or experience with IAM standards as well as security and privacy standards
- Prior experience with agile projects
- Background KPI-driven service development
- Working knowledge of programming is ideal
- Japanese proficiency is preferred
