Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action

Requirements:

• Extensive application development experience
• Experience in project management of complex application systems
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical, management, or engineering field, equivalent work experience or professional project management qualifications
• Business level verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Experience in the life science industry highly desirable
• Understanding of Packaged Software project implementation desirable
