エクイティビジネスアナリスト/ Equities Business Analyst PM

A global financial services firm is looking for an Equities Business Analyst / Project Manager. The selected candidate will analyse business requirements, manage projects, and coordinate stakeholders to enhance equity trading operations and systems. This is a temp-to-perm role.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from Front Office, Middle Office, and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technology teams
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for equities technology and operational initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for successful implementations
• Manage competing priorities and drive consensus across stakeholder groups
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Serve as primary contact for vendor management of equity trading systems
• Evaluate vendor solutions and coordinate implementations with internal teams
• Monitor vendor performance and manage service level agreements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimise operational efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and specifications
• Support user acceptance testing and coordinate validation with business users
• Communicate project updates and recommendations to management

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in equities Front or Middle Office environments
• Experience with equity trading workflows, systems, and operations
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of regulatory requirements affecting equity trading
• Experience at a Japanese securities firm or investment bank
• Exposure to data analysis tools or SQL
• Knowledge of securities industry standards
• Possess valid project management or business analysis certifications
