シニア実装アナリスト/ Senior Implementation Analyst

A global software development company is looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst. The selected candidate will lead the setup, configuration, and delivery of technical solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead system setup, installation, configuration, and customisation based on client needs
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage system access and data migration
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, designs, and implementation records
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of installed solutions
• Identify and escalate technical issues to product and system integration teams
• Support client enablement through training, on-site engagement, or remote project support

Requirements:

• Experience in coordinating internal processes
• Prior experience in the software or system implementation of enterprise level solution
• Proven project experience
• Knowledge of project controls
• Native level spoken Japanese; business level spoken English
