ビジネスアナリスト / Business Analyst (Billing-Payment)

A Business Analyst role is now open in a renowned technology firm. The selected applicant will lead business-critical Billing & Payment projects within the Consumer Business Support System (BSS). This is a temp role.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate requirements to align business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications and guide project direction
• Act as liaison across internal and external teams globally to ensure smooth collaboration
• Oversee backlog refinement, process improvements, and operational administration
• Conduct data investigations and system analysis to support decision-making and project delivery

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of Business Analyst experience in telecom, billing, or payment systems is preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role within IT
• Experience or understanding of software engineering (HTML, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
• Experience working in an enterprise-level company or in the following industries: Payments, Billing, Customer Success, or Telecommunications
• Advanced level MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Preferred:
• Experience defining business and system requirements for large-scale IT projects
• Hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence or other requirements/documentation tools
• Familiarity with SQL queries and handling large-scale datasets (1M+ records)
• Experience collaborating with external vendors or service providers in a system integration or telecom environment
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1 required); business level English (TOEIC 800+)
