ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A business services company is looking for a Business Analyst – ELN Implementation. The selected candidate will gather business requirements, support system configuration, and facilitate ELN implementation to enhance lab workflows. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business and functional requirements
• Analyse lab workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and digitisation opportunities
• Translate scientific processes into system configurations, templates, and user stories
• Support development of experiment templates, approval workflows, and validation planning
• Assist in test case creation, execution support, and UAT planning
• Collaborate with training teams to produce user guides, training materials, and onboarding content

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech
• Experience working with ELN, LIMS, or other lab informatics platforms
• Prior experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Excel for documentation and tracking
• Knowledge of scientific data, experiment documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Native level Japanese; business level English
