日本を代表する総合証券会社にてプロジェクトマネージャーの募集がございます。日本およびAEJにおける部門のCRMに関する要望についてのデリバリー、またCRMを通して顧客から収集される情報に基づき、生成AIを用いたプロジェクトも担当いただきます。正社員登用の可能性がある、長期派遣ポジションです。

職務内容:

• 業務要件を理解し、実装のためのビジネス要件定義書や機能要件定義書を作成
• ビジネスマネージャー、セールス、リサーチアシスタントと密接に連携し、要件をまとめ、顧客サービスを向上させるための新しい機能を提案
• 機関投資家向けビジネスに関する深い知識を土台に、業務要件、UI/UX、データベーススキーマ、インバウンドおよびアウトバウンドのデータフィードを考慮したBRD/FSDを設計
• バックログを管理、複数のチームと協力して要件を実現、ユーザー受け入れテストをサポート、必要に応じてユーザートレーニングを実施
• ユーザーサポートを提供し、不具合を開発チームに報告、定期的に進捗報告
• 予算プロセスやベンダー折衝にも関与

応募要件:

• アプリケーション開発プロジェクトにおける業務分析、設計、開発およびテストの経験
• 証券業、特に機関投資家向けセールス・トレーディングに対する高い関心
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力・英語力
• SDLCおよびアジャイル開発の実務経験または知識尚可
• データベーススキーマおよびデータフィードの設計経験尚可
• Salesforce管理者としての実務経験、またはSalesforce認定資格尚可
• セールスフォースに関連する開発経験、またはJavaScriptやAngularでの開発経験尚可
• 生成AIや、Power BIやTableauなどのデータ分析ツールに関する実務経験または知識尚可
• 金融機関での業務経験尚可

A renowned financial services firm is searching for a Technical PM/BA. The selected candidate will manage Global Markets requirements and lead generative AI projects using CRM data. This is a long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and prepare BRD/FSD for implementation
• Collaborate with Business Managers, Sales Representatives, and Research Assistants to gather requirements and propose enhancements
• Design BRD/FSD considering business requirements, UI/UX, database schema, and data feeds
• Proactively propose new features to improve client services
• Manage backlog (Book of Work) and coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery
• Arrange and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct user training
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 user support and escalate issues to the development team
• Communicate and report to stakeholders, including the development team head and business managers
• Participate in budgeting processes and vendor commercial discussions
• Support implementation of CRM and generative AI-related projects in the medium to long term

Requirements:

• Experience in business analysis, design, development and testing for application development projects
• Preferred:
• Experience in SDLC and Agile development
• Experience in designing database schemas and inbound and outbound data feeds
• Salesforce experience as an administrator or Salesforce Certifications
• Experience in Generative AI and Data Analysis tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Background in financial institutions
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
