プロジェクトマネージャー/ビジネスアナリスト/ Project Manager/Business Analyst

An international financial services company is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst for its Global Markets CRM. The selected candidate will manage requirements, deliver CRM solutions, and support projects leveraging generative AI.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from Global Markets stakeholders in Japan and AEJ
• Write BRDs and FSDs covering business needs, UI/UX, and data integration
• Propose and design new CRM functions to enhance client service and operational efficiency
• Manage backlog, coordinate cross-functional teams, arrange UAT, and deliver user training
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 user support, escalating issues to development teams as needed
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and support budgeting and vendor discussions
• Contribute to projects utilising Generative AI and implement requirements independently when required

Requirements:

• Practical experience in business analysis, design, development, and testing for application development projects
• Experience with SDLC and Agile development is ideal
• Prior Salesforce development experience is a plus
• Experience in JavaScript or Angular
• Knowledge of database schema design and data feed management is desired
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Power BI, or Tableau
• Background in financial institutions
• High interest in the wholesale business
• Possess valid Salesforce certifications preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
