テクニカルAI ビジネスアナリスト/ Technical AI Business Analyst

A global investment management company is seeking a Technical AI Business Analyst. The selected candidate will drive AI-powered automation initiatives, focusing on data extraction, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and optimise prompts for Generative AI tools to address business use cases
• Evaluate, select, and integrate AI frameworks into existing workflows
• Provide training and support to users, promoting adoption of AI-powered solutions
• Lead AI-driven data extraction from complex Japanese PDFs and Excel files into centralised databases
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Tokyo and New York to streamline workflows and reporting
• Partner with IT and Power BI teams to ensure accurate, scalable reporting and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Analytics, Real Estate, Computer Science, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience delivering technology initiatives in complex financial environments
• More than 2 years applying AI/ML in business process automation
• Hands-on experience with Japanese-language unstructured PDFs and Excel data extraction using AI tools
• Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, centralised databases, and PowerBI integration
• Proficient in written and verbal English; business level Japanese
