テクニカルビジネスアナリスト/ Technical Business Analyst

A global telecommunications company is looking for a Bilingual Technical Business Analyst. The selected candidate will gather and analyse business requirements, develop integration strategies, and bridge communication between technical and business teams. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document technical requirements from business stakeholders
• Analyse marketing scenarios, detailing business and technical aspects
• Translate business requirements between Japanese and English
• Develop integration plans, roadmaps, and strategies for system integrations
• Manage integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Create architecture diagrams and data flow charts for technical solutions
• Provide reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Facilitate bilingual meetings, workshops, and discussions
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure business requirements are met
• Identify, track, and resolve issues during testing for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience as a business analyst, technical analyst, or a similar role in technical projects
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Prior experience with system execution, integrations, and testing
• Proven experience with cloud-based systems, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle)
• Skilled in creating business process models, use cases, use stories, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and web services
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
