ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A renowned mobility technology company is seeking a Business Analyst. The selected candidate will support strategic initiatives by conducting market research and preparing actionable plans. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyse competition, and support decision-making
• Prepare materials that translate business objectives into actionable plans and proposals
• Collaborate with teams to improve workflows and implement optimised processes
• Assist in planning and executing Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for new technologies
• Organise and facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions to align priorities
• Monitor KPIs, track milestones, and recommend course corrections when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Practical experience in developing requirements, project documentation, and facilitating stakeholder discussions
• Experience in project management and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, business intelligence, and project management tools
• Skilled in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation tools
• Possess a valid MBA qualification is preferred
• Native level Japanese; business level English
