ITビジネスアナリスト (POS)/ IT Business Analyst (POS)

An international luxury fashion design company is searching for an IT Business Analyst (POS). The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the retail business using data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes and uncover areas for improvement
• Perform requirement analysis and implement adequate solutions
• Anticipate business needs and develop system roadmap
• Responsible for the technical analysis and integration of various environments
• Understand Japan 3PL system and processes
• Support the Global IT team in executing the global IT roadmap
• Lead reviews of current retail business processes and establish optimisation strategies
• Create technical documentation such as user manuals, system specification
• Effectively communicate and document ideas and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Manage projects, develop project plans, monitor system performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Technical discipline
• More than 5 years of experience with Information Technology organisation and systems
• Practical experience in implementing and administrating POS systems (SAP)
• Prior experience in business processes and applications
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of an ERP system infrastructure (SAP S4 Hana is ideal)
• Understanding of In-store infrastructure
• Background in the retail industry is preferred
• Possess a valid PMP or ITIL certification is desired
• Proficient in English and Japanese
