ネットワークサービスマネージャー/ Network Service Manager

An international healthcare services company is looking for a Network Service Manager. The selected candidate will oversee network management, strengthen provider relationships, and support business operations to ensure optimal network service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations and Medical Teams to ensure optimal network service delivery and quality
• Collaborate with Learning, Development, and Quality teams to enhance network quality and staff training
• Work with Finance to ensure timely provider payments and meet finance-related KPIs
• Liaise with global Network Services contacts for corporate projects and global proposals
• Develop strong relationships with Sales and Marketing to provide network capabilities and support new clients
• Identify new partnership opportunities and streamline the network for improved efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-7 years of work experience
• Practical experience in account management or network management
• Prior work experience in global teams
• Experience in healthcare environment is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level written and verbal English; proficient in Japanese
