オペレーションマネージャー/ Operation Manager

A global IT services leader is looking for an Operations Manager (Training). The selected candidate will manage service level agreements, drive financial performance, and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and maintain Client Service Level Agreements and implement improvement plans
• Maximise revenue generation through data collection, forecasting, and budgeting
• Select, train, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports and their teams
• Review operational reports and metrics to ensure performance meets targets
• Foster relationships with client partners to drive business success
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to company policies and standards

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in a related field
• More than 7 years of work experience
• More than 2 years of progressive management experience
• Proven experience in coaching and developing action plans
• Prior call centre experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
