アジャイルコーチ/ Agile Coach

A multinational financial services firm is looking for an Agile Coach. The selected candidate will facilitate the adoption and improvement of agile principles, tools, and practices across multiple product development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Train teams on agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and lean development practices
• Coach and optimise agile workflows, facilitating ceremonies and providing feedback
• Assist product teams in transitioning to self-organisation and cross-functional collaboration
• Identify and streamline processes, tools, and communication across teams
• Facilitate organisational change by training managers, scrum masters, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Measure and analyse key agile adoption and productivity metrics, recommending optimisation strategies

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in agile coaching and consulting
• Skilled in coaching techniques and coaching stance (coach stance: listening, questioning and providing feedbacks)
• Experience leading organisation change and transformation
• Proficient in product management techniques (product vision, story mapping, product backlog, etc.) and value-based prioritisation
• Skilled in Agile project management methods and associated tools (visual management, Agile indicators, Agile KPI, Jira and confluence)
• Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies (Scrum)
• Business level English and Japanese
